We are actively recruiting for a strong Manager of Tax Accounting either in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX.
The right candidate will be able to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the enterprise to drive projects through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and help manage all aspects of quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Enhance quarterly and annual tax provision processes including automation.
Develop processes that capitalize on the synergy between tax provision and compliance activities.

Monitor and develop internal controls over income tax reporting process.

Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments.

Research, evaluate and document tax implications of complex transactions.

Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.

Assist with the preparation and review of income tax return filings and estimated tax payments.
Liaison with tax authorities and outside advisors.

Provide day to day support to tax operations including support with special tax projects.
Critical Skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, including ability to work practically and effectively with multiple priorities
Desire and ability to work in a collegial, team-oriented environment Required Experience and Education
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus
CPA a plus
5-10 Years of Experience
