Sales - Product Support Service Representative #15-0096
Yancey Bros. Co. currently is recruiting a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to support the associated Machine Service shop. This position is responsible for selling parts and service to customers by partnering with them to reduce their operating costs.
Essential Functions
Develop and cultivate relationships with the Earthmoving customer base.
Partner with customers to develop innovative approaches to machine uses as well as lower cost per hour.
Daily visits to customer base and entering visit information into Sales Link.
Attend training to keep current on all aspects of Parts and Service.
Work directly with service branches and Prime Product Sales.
Interact with Caterpillar representatives on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
10 years of industry experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
Physically able to operate equipment as well as climb under and on for inspections.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
