Applies and develops skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment appropriate to area of specialization. Develops and maintains knowledge of the help desk and Netcensus Systems. Utilizes these systems as required for each area of specialization. Primarily concerned with the appropriate use of equipment and ensures that client service expectations are met. Prioritizes duties to ensure all deadlines are met, making adjustments to correct problems or meet special conditions.
Under moderate supervision and using established procedures, performs quality checks on receiving hardware and software. Ships hardware and software to vendors for warranty replacement. May maintain an image for hardware setup. Delivers and sets up PC and ensures equipment is working properly. Troubleshoots client problems and recommends correct solutions. Cultivates and maintains client/peer relationships with assigned customer base.
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years related work experience. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
