Operates and maintains various types of office equipment required to support 200 team members. Provides copy, fax, print, mail pick up, delivery and distribution of all internal and external documents. Performs operator level maintenance on equipment. Inventories and requisitions office supplies as required. Operates company owned vehicles and materials handling equipment in performance of job responsibilities.
Works under close/extensive supervision. Distributes all incoming correspondence, reports, and print jobs into appropriate team members' mailboxes. Provides copy service for all team members located in area of responsibility. Develops, implements, and maintains Media Center record keeping and filing system. Picks up, reviews, sorts, and distributes mail. Orders, monitors, inventories, and maintains supplies. Tracks and reports volumes associated with media center, mailroom, and print facility activities. Ensures media center, mailroom, print facilities, vehicles and equipment are maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
High School diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years specialized training/related work experience. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
