Experience:
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human service field, such as social work, psychology, special education, nursing, or closely related field.
Must have at least one year of experience in serving persons with developmental disabilities or related disabilities in a case management or coordination role; or a Master's Degree in a related field may substitute for the required experience.
Must be able to operate a computer and perform basic Windows functions for entering, updating, and maintaining individual's Information System data.
Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
