While you wont be stuck in our offices all day, you will have a very accessible team thats ready to help 24/7.
Duties:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, account activations and install dates - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Represent our brand in a customer facing environment Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail - Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or upset customers We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
