Ability to follow directions/willingness to learn Self driven, motivated individual Check in/out process for patients Scheduling patients for exams/surgeries/emergencies Comfortable answering multiple phone lines Attention to detail for entering patient information, procedures, medications etc.
Processing payments over the phone and in person Providing excellent customer service with every client Comfortable working in a team environment Experience in computer software such as Microsoft office Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time Flexibility in schedule and ability to work Saturdays Comfortable working around animals Comfortable in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task Filing, scanning and operating office equipment Making bank deposits Experience in an animal hospital setting is preferred but not required Training provided Job Type:
