As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management and maintenance of our residential properties, ensuring the satisfaction of both our tenants and property owners.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that, with good attendance and a great work ethic, can lead to a long and rewarding career with many opportunities for advancement.
What will you do:
Manage a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property conditions and addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Prepare lease agreements, collect rent payments, and enforce lease terms and property rules.
Safely handle keys to vacate and occupied properties, ensuring proper security and adherence to company protocols.
What do you need:
Previous experience in leasing and managing single-family homes is essential.
Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance and have access to a privately-owned vehicle for property visits and inspections.
The ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted is required for property maintenance tasks.
Must be proficient in using property management software and computer applications for record-keeping and communication.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
