JOB PURPOSE:
Performs a wide variety of skilled preventative and corrective maintenance duties in the alteration, repair, and modification of facilities, equipment, and systems.
Specializing in HVAC IND789 MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School or Equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five years' experience in electrical/HVAC maintenance.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and design sketches.
Trade skill required, i.

- Heating, ventilation, and air condition.
