You will be required to work at the Aflac Support Center Campus in Columbus, GA during your set working schedule.

Proficiency in building automation and fire and burglar alarm systems Proficiency and experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and integration with other security systems Education & Experience Required Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice or related field Two years of experience in the administration of security system programs Or an equivalent combination of education and experience Education & Experience Preferred Completion of the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) Supervisors course Travel Less than or equal to 10% Principal Duties & Responsibilities Under general direction, is responsible for the coordination, installation, upgrade and conversion or servicing of alarm systems, badging and building access controls, video cameras, digital recording devices, burglary, public address systems, radio systems and all other types of physical security equipment, systems, and programs for Aflac properties, including Columbus, South Carolina, New York and Nebraska Assists in the planning of physical security systems and service requirements for the company Conducts required upgrades, maintenance and day to day operation of all security systems through system integrators or internal resources; interacts with external vendors to ensure the viability of security systems Participates in the research and deployment of state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security systems to safeguard the organization's assets, personnel and brand Administers the budgeting and tracking of annual equipment replacement expense and other costs associated with the needs of the Security Department; identifies, analyzes, and monitors business technology requirements and enhancement possibilities; recommends viable technological solutions, modification, and applications; assists in evaluating and recommended projects to determine cost, benefits, and feasibility Conducts specific reviews of security concerns identified through customer requests; conducts and supports security audits; performs operational process reviews to ensure security standards are maintained; administers processes for annual audits for various access control systems Installs, monitors, and maintains executive residential security systems; works with management to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on expanding technologies that will address minimizing risk to executives and their families Supports IT security resources to protect business data and intellectual property throughout the organization including the Aflac Data Center; ensures that security systems are calibrated to control access and keep /Aflac in compliance with regulatory requirements and review Partners with third-party vendors to support day-to-day work, access control, badging, and security system functionality Performs other related duties as required Total Rewards This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to:
education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $95,000.
