As an Account Manager Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, while proactively driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
What will you do:
Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify potential clients and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
What do you need:
Three years of proven experience as an Account Executive, or sales/Customer service role.
A solid understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and handling objections.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritizing responsibilities.
