Reporting directly to the CFO, the RN Case Management Director will be responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of the Case Management Department.
They will manage clinical intake, disease management, social services, denial management, and staff recruitment and training.
They will implement department goals and activities, and serve as the central resource to the team.
The RN Case Management Director will work closely with managers to meet the organization's performance improvement goals and objectives.
The ideal RN Case Management Director candidate will have their BSN and several years of clinical leadership experience in case management.
A Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
