50/hour Schedule:
Monday -Friday, 7am -6pm, additional/flexible hours as required including some Saturdays Essential Duties:
Effectively manage crew members to efficiently complete daily mowing route Operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, string trimmer, walker and other zero turn mowers, and backpack blower Safely transport crew and equipment from site to site Mentor and train crew members while adhering to company standards Manage crew equipment to ensure proper maintenance schedule Promptly and respectfully communicate with customers to address their concerns, feedback and/or questions Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction
Qualifications:
High School Diploma strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience in residential lawncare or related is strongly preferred Must be able to obtain Medical DOT health card Valid driver's license required with clean driving record Must pass a Drug test and background check Reliable transportation required Strong leadership abilities, sound decision making ability and proficiency with all types of lawn care equipment Detail oriented Strong work ethic Forward thinking mentality Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
