Essential Functions Clean and maintain buildings/facilities.
Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing carpet, washing walls, and removing rubbish.
Notifies manager concerning any repairs Complies with all safety, security , compliance and quality standards and procedures.
Touch up paint may be required in certain areas.
Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the bathrooms, offices, lobby areas, grounds, walls, doors, and floors.
Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting up to 50lbs, bending, reaching, prolonged standing.
Empty trash cans for proper disposal:
use of compactor for certain materials.
Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs.
