The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other related duties.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys and staff.
Maintain accurate records of client information and communications.
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff.
Perform basic legal research tasks.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
